The people behind the mission
ACF was founded by two passionate leaders who saw a gap in the system and decided to build the bridge.
Nicole Roeseler
Nicole holds degrees in Early Childhood Education and Liberal Studies, providing a strong foundation in child development and human-centered systems. Her approach is trauma-informed, youth-centered, and rooted in dignity, empowerment, and practical life skills.
In addition to fostering, Nicole has completed extensive volunteer work focused on children, families, elderly, and underserved communities. Her passion for advocacy and community collaboration drives the mission of ACF.
We started ACF because these young people deserve more than a statistic. They deserve a chance, a home, and someone in their corner.
Nicole Roeseler & Cordis Webb, Co-Founders
Cordis Webb
A 2007 University of San Francisco graduate, Cordis brings nearly two decades of business development and management experience across Sacramento, Yolo, and surrounding counties. His professional foundation was built on discipline and perseverance, traits first honed as a participant in California state-funded programs like Upward Bound and 3-1-3.
These initiatives for first-generation students fueled his lifelong passion for mentorship. With 35 years of athletic experience, he translates lessons from the field into leadership. A proud husband and father of three, he is committed to the growth and success of Northern California communities.
